Cryptography : My main research interest is in applied cryptography both on the cryptanalytic and the cryptoscheme building side. My main expertise is in efficient and side channel resistant implementation of cryptosystems, and in code-based post quantum cryptosystems.

Formal Languages : I am currently interested in topics regarding techniques for parallel parsing, employing operator precedence grammars.

Network Security : I have always been interested in network security related topics and I have been leading the of Tower of Hanoi, the Politecnico di Milano team in security oriented contests in the past years.
